The information below contains important information regarding your rights and obligations, as well as conditions, limitations, and exclusions that apply to you. Please read it carefully before purchasing on this website.

A.  THE PRODUCT

1. All timepieces on sale are guaranteed authentic and in working condition at time of sale. For more information on warranty for the timepieces, refer to the sections on "Warranty for preowned timepieces” and "Warranty for brand new timepieces”.
    

2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the offering of products through our Digital Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Website:www.thewatchspecialistsclinic.com) at any time, in our sole discretion.
    

3. We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description and images of the timepieces offered through our Digital Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Website: www.thewatchspecialistsclinic.com). As some of these are pre-owned items, it is your responsibility to review all of the information provided about each product before making your purchase. Please make your purchase only if you feel comfortable. 
    

4. We do not warrant that the product descriptions, condition reports, images or other information provided are accurate, complete, precise, reliable, current or error-free. In purchasing our preowned timepieces, you are acknowledging that the products are sold on an “as-is” basis.
    

5. If you would like more information on the timepieces, or would like to view them in person, you are are welcome to schedule an appointment with us at +65 91010339. At this point, we do not accept walk-ins for viewing of watches. Please make an appointment with us at least 1 day in advance.

 

B. WARRANTY FOR PRE-OWNED TIMEPIECES 

1. A 1-year warranty accompanies all purchased preowned timepieces. The warranty will begin on the date which full payment is made.
    

2. A warranty of 3 years will be extended to buyers who choose to have the preowned timepiece serviced with us upon purchase. This 3-year warranty will override the 1-year warranty mentioned in point 7. The 3-year warranty will begin on the date of collection after servicing.  All servicing includes waterproof check, and polishing if requested.

 

C. WARRANTY FOR BRAND NEW TIMEPIECES

1. A 2-year warranty accompanies all brand new timepieces. Warranty will begin on the date which full payment is made.

 

 

D. COLLECTION & DELIVERY

1. Buyers are encouraged to pick up their purchases at 3 Maju Avenue Singapore 556681 within the week of their purchase (i.e. 7 days from purchase on our digital platforms).
    

2. Delivery is available upon request. However, buyers are responsible for the shipping and the courier costs. We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit.
   
    

E. CANCELLATION

1. Buyers are to make a deposit of $1000 in 24 hours after purchase of the watch through our online shop. If the deposit is not made within 48 hours of ordering, your purchase will be cancelled without notice.
    

2. Cancellation is only allowed for timepieces that have been purchased through our digital platforms, but have yet to be collected. 
    

3. Cancellations done within 24 hours of purchase must be in writing and is subjected to approval. Clients can send their request for cancellation to thewatchspecialistsclinic@gmail.com.
    

4. For cancellation requests sent in after 24 hours of purchase, a $200 administrative fee will be charged upon approval of the cancellation.

F. RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Returns and refunds are only for timepieces that have been collected by the buyer, within 7-days of purchase in-person, or through our digital platforms.
    

2. Returns and refunds can be requested in writing to thewatchspecialistsclinic@gmail.com, subjected to approval.
    

3. Requests for returns and refunds must be submitted in writing, within the week of purchase (i.e. 7 days, counting the day of purchase), to thewatchspecialistsclinic@gmail.com. Returns and refunds are not guaranteed and is subjected to approval.
    

4. For return and refund requests sent in after 1 week of purchase, a $200 administrative fee will be charged upon approval of either return or refund request.
    

5. We will refuse returns and refunds of timepieces with any signs of removal of parts, or micro scratches.
    

 

G. FRAUD

1. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected or for any reason. All guidelines have to be met to our satisfaction.

 

 

H. PAYMENT TERMS

1. A $1000 deposit per watch should be made within 24 hours of ordering from the online shop. Further details on how to make this deposit will be shared during then. 
    

2. Full payment should be made within 72 hours of check out.
    

3. Our payment terms are: 
   PayNow, Bank Transfer for $1000 deposit
   Cash, Cheque, PayNow or Bank transfer for full payment.
